ARTICLE 1: TERMS OF SERVICE
The general terms and conditions of sale listed below apply to all orders placed on the fstystudio.com website, without restriction or reservation. The buyer is therefore deemed to have accepted them without reservation at the time of purchase. FEISTY STUDIO reserves the right to modify its terms from time to time.
ARTICLE 2: CONTENT
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of goods via the fstystudio.com website.
The buyer declares that they have read these terms and conditions at the time of purchase and, consequently, accept them. They are therefore binding upon them as soon as the sale is concluded.
FEISTY STUDIO offers ready-to-wear and accessories. Each product listed on the website includes a description, including the essential characteristics of the item, its price including tax, and at least one photograph of the product. All photographs on the site are therefore the property of FEISTY STUDIO or the result of collaborations with third parties who have previously agreed to the use of the photographs for sales purposes.
Inventories are updated automatically after each order, 24/7. In the event that the buyer has ordered a product that is unfortunately unavailable, FEISTY STUDIO undertakes to contact the buyer to process a refund within 7 business days of the order.
ARTICLE 3: ORDER
Orders placed on the fstystudio.com website require acceptance of these terms and conditions. All sales are made via the website mentioned above. The buyer can contact FEISTY STUDIO via the email address support@fstystudio.com to obtain the necessary and desired information.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
All prices of the items offered are in euros. Taxes included. Customs fees not included.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order processing (if the product is in stock): 1 to 4 business days. In the case of a pre-order, the delivery time is an estimate. Updates are available in the descriptions of the relevant items on the website.
Once your package is transferred to the carrier, FEISTY STUDIO is no longer responsible for any problems/delays on the part of the carrier or delivery issues. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year.
Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs inspections, which will result in customs fees. FEISTY STUDIO does not cover these costs. If an item is returned from a country outside the EU, customs fees may be charged. Unfortunately, we would be forced to refuse the package, which will be returned to the customer.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT METHODS
There are various payment methods available on the website:

ARTICLE 7: RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You must return your items within 14 days of delivery. Returns made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Unless otherwise agreed with us, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the postal address for return shipping. Without prior approval, returns are not eligible for a refund. Returns made via parcel shops or pickup points will not be accepted.
It is your responsibility to provide a return tracking number to monitor the progress of the parcel until it reaches the return address.
All returned items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition with its original packaging. We reserve the right to return the item back to the customer if these conditions aren't met.
ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No compensation may be claimed by the buyer in the event of an external event disrupting FEISTY STUDIO's services in its best-efforts obligation to the buyer as described above.
FEISTY STUDIO shall not be liable in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Force majeure exists in contractual matters when an event beyond the debtor's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time the contract was entered into, and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, prevents the debtor from fulfilling its obligation.
